Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Hero Not Zero.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact returns@heronotzero.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 14 days.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement to you as soon as possible.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
